Mr. Pavlov joined Invasta Capital at its inception. Prior to joining Invasta Capital, Mr. Pavlov spent five years in various roles at one of Russia’s leading petrochemical companies, SIBUR. His responsibilities ranged from seeking and analyzing investment opportunities within SIBUR’s plastics and organic synthesis business unit to project management and economic assessment of executed investments.

Mr. Pavlov graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a Master’s degree in Business Valuation and Corporate Finance.
