Mr. Andosov is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Invasta Capital. He has worked for 21 years in the chemicals and materials industries as an operator and investor.  In the recent past, Mr. Andosov was employed by Sibur, where he held a number of technical, operating, and executive positions including Director of Business Development. Mr. Andosov has served as CEO and director of several specialty materials and chemicals companies, including Nikochem, Global Specialty Chemicals, and Zirax.

Mr. Andosov earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from St. Petersburg HM University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics.
